Stop saying it. Certify it.

The first international certification for post-production textile valorisation.
In a global market where sustainability claims are increasingly scrutinised by regulators, auditors and consumers alike, the ability to produce verified, independent proof of your environmental commitments has become a strategic necessity. FiberForever™ was created to meet exactly that need.
As the first international certification standard specifically designed for post-production textile valorisation, FiberForever™ addresses the full spectrum of actors in the textile value chain, from raw fibre producers and sorting operators to recycled insulation manufacturers, second-hand exporters and corporate CSR teams. Each of its five sub-certifications is calibrated to the specific regulatory, environmental and traceability requirements of its target audience.

FF Circu™ targets sorting operators and textile collectors seeking to document their traceability and valorisation processes in compliance with France's AGEC law on end-of-life textile management.
FF Trade™ is designed for second-hand textile exporters, providing a quality and ethics framework aligned with the 2024 Trade and Facilitation of Sustainability (TFS) guidelines.
FF Source™ certifies biomass fibre producers on pesticide-free sourcing, carbon impact and full chain traceability, the foundation of any credible sustainable textile claim.
FF Build™ validates recycled insulation manufacturers against recycled content thresholds, REACH compliance and RE2020 energy performance standards.
FF Report™ supports corporate sustainability and CSR managers in producing CSRD-compliant, anti-greenwashing reporting backed by independently verified environmental data.

Unlike generic sustainability labels that apply broad criteria across all sectors, FiberForever™ is built from the ground up around the specific challenges of textile biomass, the regulatory context, the supply chain complexity, and the measurement standards that matter to buyers, investors and compliance officers in this industry.
The certification process is rigorous but accessible. A free online pre-qualification takes three minutes and delivers an instant preliminary result. Successful applicants are then reviewed by the ITBA's Board of Independent Evaluators before receiving an official certificate, a digital badge and registration in the public FiberForever™ register, providing full, searchable proof of certification to any stakeholder worldwide.

ECO-SCORE and GGE
To promote our best practices and our virtuous value chain, the International Textile Biomass Alliance is launching a new certification standard aimed at defining an eco-score for the sourcing and management of raw materials in textile manufacturing.
In addition, our certified members can also calculate the greenhouse gas impact of their production.

TRACEABILITY
Our certification aims to promote good practices in the traceability of raw materials and also of the finished product.

PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE
Our certification, through a precise process, aims to enable certified members to be able to follow the life cycle of their products and thus optimize their productivity while preserving resources.
Request your certification
As members or future members of the International Textile Biomass Alliance, you benefit from all the services but also from certification of your manufacturing process and traceability of your products through our international criteria based on UN objective No. 12.
